• There's transparency, so there’s no confusion over what’s happening and when.
• The IT department has a great reputation among the company.

Managing IT in today's fast-paced, technology-driven world is not as easy as it used to be, but with an awesome IT team, there's no limit to what your company can accomplish. 

Finding the right team with varying specialties that align with your company's unique business processes can be a challenge, so if you're able to say "our IT is awesome," that's quite a feat! Keep up the good work.
